Intelligent OS

Well, this is my first blog and I think this is the best way to share your ideas.
The idea I am presenting today is of an intelligent operating system. Today is the age of intelligence. We are heading towards the next generations in computers. In this age starting from the very basic of computers. First of all we have the raw data which is processesed and converted into information. When we process the information, we get knowledge. And finally when we process the knowledge we get, the so called, Intelligence.
The basic work of an operating system, OS, is to allocate the resources to processes genetared, "when they demand". Now, you all must be thinking why I have enclosed the statement in quotes! This is the key to intellegent OS.
We merge the two concepts......
How about an OS that can allocate the resources to a particular process whenit is generated, whithout it asking.?
NOTE- Here I am not talking of the resources like printers, because they can only be allocated when demanded.
So, getting again to my topic, when ever a process is created OSrecognises the size of process and as per the old trend of processes with same size, allocate the space on RAM.

I'll be continuing on this topic. But, first I would like to know your views..
Thank you.
